NOTES:

I have only tried growing leeks one time. So I really have no clue how to sow them. When I tried growing them it was literally from some cuttings.

I have no clue how to cook with them either so I thought I would “google” and see what I could come up with.

I have learned leeks have a blossom much like an onion and of course, why wouldn’t they, they are in the same family. And also a flowerhead that looks like a large chive blossom. They come in several varieties.
